We take pride in carefully packing every order to ensure it arrives safely and in beautiful condition.

By placing an order with The Prissy Pelican Boutique, you acknowledge and agree to all store policies including our shipping, return, and refund policies.

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

Processing time refers to the time required for our team to prepare, pack, and ship your order. Delivery time begins after your order has shipped.

Processing times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Processing may be extended due to:

Orders are processed in the order they are received. We are unable to expedite processing outside of the shipping options selected at checkout.

🚚 Shipping From Louisiana

Orders ship from Louisiana, and we do our best to keep customers informed throughout the shipping process.

Because these items are fulfilled by partner warehouses, processing and shipping times may vary and may exceed our standard boutique processing timeframe.

• Packages may not include boutique packaging
• These items are not eligible for local pickup

Hotel Collection & Aroma360 Orders

Please note that Hotel Collection and Aroma360 products are Online Exclusive items and ship directly from the brand's warehouse rather than from The Prissy Pelican Boutique. While many orders arrive within the estimated processing timeframe, certain products, diffuser models, and fragrance oils/scents have recently experienced longer processing and shipping times than others due to vendor fulfillment delays and inventory availability.

Because these items are fulfilled by the manufacturer, we do not have control over their processing speed, shipping timelines, or inventory allocations. Tracking information is provided once the order has been processed and shipped by the vendor. Some orders may ship in multiple packages, and certain scents may take significantly longer to dispatch than others.

If you are purchasing Hotel Collection or Aroma360 products for a specific date, holiday, or special occasion, we recommend placing your order well in advance, as delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work with our vendor partners to provide updates whenever they become available.


📬 Tracking & Delivery

You will receive a tracking number via email once your shipping label has been created.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates after the carrier scans the package into their system.

Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may occasionally experience delays.


🚫 Shipping Liability Disclaimer

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, The Prissy Pelican Boutique is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Proof of delivery provided by the shipping carrier, including delivery confirmation or delivery scan, will be considered proof of delivery and fulfillment by The Prissy Pelican Boutique.

If a package is marked Delivered but cannot be located, customers should:

• contact the shipping carrier
• check with neighbors or household members
• verify delivery location

We are not responsible for:

• carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
• packages marked Delivered by the carrier
• lost or stolen packages
• incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
• undeliverable or refused packages
• additional shipping charges caused by incorrect address entry
• customs duties or international import fees

Customers are responsible for verifying shipping information before placing an order.


📦 Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to The Prissy Pelican Boutique due to:

• incorrect address
• insufficient address
• unclaimed delivery
• refused package

the customer will be notified by email.

Customers may choose to:

• pick up the order in store, or
• pay the shipping cost to have the order resent.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If pickup or reshipment is not arranged within 45 days of notification, the order will be considered abandoned.

Abandoned orders will be returned to inventory, and no store credit will be issued.

The Prissy Pelican Boutique reserves the right to donate, discard, or otherwise dispose of abandoned merchandise at the store’s discretion.

The Prissy Pelican Boutique is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for verifying shipping information before placing an order.
